Meeting called to order at 4:20pm
Present: Robert Bushor, Melvin Kehl, Brandie Sherry, via zoom Jim Howard

APPROVAL OF December 2024 MINUTES

APPROVAL OF December 2024 TREASURER’ S REPORT
- Motion made to accept by Robert Bushor and seconded by Jim Howard

SECRETARY REPORT
The 2025 bid limits are as follows: bids for projects between $12,900 – $23,799 will need three phone call bids, any projects over $23,800 will require newspaper advertisement and opening of sealed bids.
Doug, the owner of Karen Huber’s old house stopped and paid $90.00 for trash service in Grove Township even though I explained his house was in Gibson, he said it was easier to come here.
ROADMASTER REPORT
F550 is back they replaced the crack manifold and inspected the truck
The backhoe is back and repaired, they had to rebuild the clutches.
Winter maintenance is about all going on right now.
BUSINESS
Elected auditors will meet tomorrow afternoon
Jim Howard wants Brandie to ask Russ Braun why we have to do his secretary work.
PUBLIC COMMENT
Dale Wood asked Melvin when plowing Ball Road, if it is possible to pick the plow up a little so not to scrap the stones up.
