Paul’s response again to Dale’s question about charging different rates for seasonal and residents is there has to be a “reasonable classification” and camp vs resident is not a reasonable classification
PSATS answer to “Can the township and the equipment be hired by an individual to do work on their property” The answer is NO, the Township is not enterprise and this is not allowed under the Municipality code.

Solid Waste numbers
The biggest reason for an increase in the cost of Solid Waster this year is the fact that dumpsters went from $350 each to $495 each, we have not got any more dumpsters this year than last year (one per week during the summer and one every other week in the winter), and our tipping fees at the landfill are basically the same. Fuel cost, stamps increased and dumpsters cost increase.
Next large item clean up day will be October 3, 2026
