- Easter Egg Hunt: April 4.

ROADMASTER REPORT
Robert Bushor experienced a minor accident with the older F550. On Monday, while picking up trash, he didn’t lower the bed completely and struck the black railroad bridge with it. This caused a small dent in the bed and twisted the bed frame. The insurance company has been notified, and we have a $250 deductible.
Jim Howard suggested that in the spring we consider renting a broom that would attach to the skid stir to clean the streets.
Salt and anti-skid have been ordered and should be here next week.
PARK REPORT
Nothing to report.
BUSINESS
There was no new business to be discussed or voted on.
Public Comment
Elizabeth had nothing
Dale clarified that during the January meeting, his question was about whom we would rely on to do the work, not what we would use. He was highlighting that Driftwood and Gibson depend on Grove for winter maintenance and wanted to know who would drive our trucks if Melvin became unavailable.
He inquired about the total cost of the overhead doors, which was $10,892.88, and also asked whether cement would be poured for the garage floor.
A motion was made by Melvin Kehl and seconded by Jim Howard to pay bills as presented. Motion carried unanimously.
Next regular meeting will be held on March 11,2026, starting at 5:00 at Grove Township building.
The motion was made by Robert Bushor and seconded by Jim Howard to adjourn the February 11, 2026 meeting at 5:15. Motion carried unanimously.
