Meeting called to order at 5:00pm

APPROVAL OF November 2024 MINUTES
• Motion made to accept by Robert Bushor and seconded by Melvin Kehl
• All in favor, aye, passed.
APPROVAL OF November TREASURER’ S REPORT
• Motion made to accept by Robert Bushor and seconded by Jim Howard
• All in favor, aye, passed.
SECRETARY REPORT
Trash bills are done and have been mailed out.
Explained to the Supervisors what Core Connect is and how it will bring affordable and better broadband service throughout the area.
ROADMASTER REPORT
Darrel Viola and Dale Wood built the roof over the fuel tanks.
Ready for winter weather
The back how has been sent to get fixed as well as the gas F550 is getting an exhaust manifold replaced and inspection done.
BUSINESS
• A motion was made by Melvin Kehl and seconded by Robert Bushor to pass the 2025 budget as it is.
• All in favor, aye, passed.
• A motion was made by Jim Howard and seconded by Robert Bushor to raise the price of a scoop or antiskid & salt from $50.00 to $65.00 due to the increase cost of the materials.
• All in favor, aye, passed.
• A motion was made by Robert Bushor and seconded by Jim Howard to give Emerson, Mike and Brandie a $100.00 Christmas Bonus.
• All in favor, aye, passed.

Next meeting will be the Reorganization meeting on January 6,2025 with the regular monthly meeting to follow, starting at 4:00pm at Grove Township building. The elected auditors will meet on January 7, 2025
