GROVE TOWNSHIP MINUTES
REGULAR MEETING
April 11, 2022
Chairman Robert Bushor called the Wednesday April 11, 2022, meeting to order in the Grove Township Bldg. at 5.00 pm,
Present were, Robert Bushor, Melvin Kehl, Frank Ross, and Brandie Sherry
Absent:

ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA: none
READING OF THE MINUTES of March Meeting minutes
A motion was made by Robert Bushor and seconded by Frank Ross to accept the minutes as presented.
All presents were in favor and the motion carried.
FINANCIAL REPORT FOR March
A motion was made by Robert Bushor and seconded by Melvin Kehl to accept the financial reports as presented.
All presents were in favor and the motion carried.
SECRETARY REPORT:
The 15th annual equipment show and training is coming up if any one is interested in attending
Robert Bushor’s signature was needed on the paperwork for the Auditor’s to start our 2021 audit/
The Driftwood Senior Center sent a letter asking for a donation, in the past we have given them $250.00.
A motion was made by Robert Bushor to donate $250.00 to the Driftwood Senior Center and was seconded by Melvin Kehl.
All present were in favor and motion carried.
ROADMASTER REPORT:
The backhoe is fixed
Winding down from winter maintenance and getting ready for summertime. The plow is off the truck and there is a leak in the spreader, that will get fixed.
BUSINESS:
Looking into replacing the bridge over Wykoff Run, currently looking into financing options.
PUBLIC COMMENT: none
Pay Bills as Presented:
A motion was made by Robert Bushor and seconded by Frank Ross to pay bills as presented.
All present in favor and motion carried.
Other reports:
Next meeting will be held on May 11, 2022, at 5:00pm at the Grove Township building.
